You will need to provide us with a food safety certificate, a copy of a current public liability insurance, ABN, food menu and a photo of your products.

We run from Thursday to Sunday, 4pm to 10pm.

Our property manager will allocate a suitable space for you depending on your requirements.

Car park & street parking are available in the area.

We will provide the power for the lighting and cooking equipment. However, we recommend the tenant use gas.

For most stallholders, we can provide a cart sized 1.8m x 0.8m. However, some stallholders will need to bring their own marquee and table, depending on the location. Moreover, you must provide your own heavy-duty electrical power cable 5m-10m long.
